The “HVO price matching offer” will be provided in the form of a discount on a Wolfgang cruise contract service fee. The contract must be ordered and the invoice settled before the 31st of December 2024. The discount amount will be based on the price difference between the bunkering of the same quantity of AGO (Automotive Gasoil) and HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), for up to the quantity of the cruise consumption estimate (cruise itinerary defined in the platform) at the first port of embarkation (where the journey begins) and subject to product availability with Wolfgang’s selected supplier.

Limitations : the price matching will be capped at 30 euro cents per liter of HVO delivered, the base cruise price of the contract will be no less than 80% of the publicly advertised (on Yachtfolio by default) charter rate for the period, the total amount awarded for the discount will be capped by the total amount of Wolfgang’s invoice for the contract. No cash award shall be due if the cruise agreement is not fully executed. This offer is not a cash incentive to the owning company or the client.

In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, pandemic, or government action, both parties shall be excused from performance under this agreement.
